PLAYING SMALL IS NOT NECESSARY

Last week I had the privilege of joining Strive at their Top Broker trip in Lake Muskoka. All I can say is…Wow. They treated us like royalty and like family. 

New connections and new friendships were made. I am extremely grateful to be included among such amazing company.

There are a few lessons this week that I learned that I wanted to share:

• In this industry there are a lot of highly successful brokers that are eager to celebrate your successes with you. It doesn't have to be a unhealthy competition.

• We are all here to learn from each other. You have something to contribute as well. You never know-you might share or teach something to someone else that changes their business or their life

• Connections are crucial to success. Don't try and do this business alone.

• When you connect with people that have the same values as you it's electric.

• Self care is crucial to mental, physical and emotional health as well as the health of your business

• Money in the bank does not equal success

• Stand tall, be proud and confident and do not diminish your light. You belong. You always did.

• Keep chasing your dreams and keep yourself open to opportunity.

• For goodness sake have some fun!
