I was blessed to attend the Elevate Women's Symposium last week in Edmonton. It was filled with tips, tools and tears…and a lot of hugs!
One message was consistent from the top producing brokers that were interviewed and it is one that I preach daily to you and to anyone that I coach one on one.
Track your numbers. Track your business. Track, track, track!
You know those weeks when you feel like you’ve been working non-stop, but when someone asks how many leads you got or how many applications you submitted, your answer is… “Ummm…”
We’ve all been there.
But here’s the truth: you can’t grow what you don’t track. You also can't control your business if you do not track it. Also, you can't see your progress year over year if you don't track it!
Whether you're brand new in the business or a seasoned pro, tracking your numbers isn’t just something “big producers” do. It’s the thing that makes them big producers.
Your business needs data.
Not just feelings, not just vibes—actual numbers that show you what’s working, where your time is going, and where your growth is hiding.
The irony is that your business grows when you get real with the numbers. It think because it takes the fear of the unknown away.
And it doesn’t have to be complicated!
